Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using DAS Licence Management. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by them.
Last updated: 04 October 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DAS Licence Management (the "Platform"), operated by Digital Amit Studio. By creating an account, using the Customer licence lookup, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of service
The Platform allows Developers to register products, define licence plans, issue licence keys, track activations, and verify licences via an API. It allows their Customers to securely retrieve a licence key tied to a verified purchase. Digital Amit Studio provides the underlying licensing infrastructure only — it does not create, own, sell, or guarantee the quality of any Developer's software.
3. Developer accounts
To use the Developer Panel you must register an account with accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, including licences you issue and products you list.
4. Plans and limits
Each plan (such as Free, Standard, Pro or Enterprise) has associated limits on products, licences, activations and features, as shown on our Pricing page. We may update plan pricing or limits from time to time; changes will not retroactively reduce the limits of licences already issued under a prior plan without reasonable notice.
5. Licence keys and activations
Licence keys, activation limits, domain/device locking and expiry rules are configured by each Developer for their own products. Digital Amit Studio is not responsible for a Developer's specific licensing terms, pricing, or refund policy for their own product — those are between the Developer and their Customer.
6. Customer licence retrieval
Customers may look up a licence key using their order reference and the email used at checkout, followed by email-based one-time-code verification. You agree to provide accurate information and not to attempt to access licence keys that do not belong to you.
7. Payments and refunds
Digital Amit Studio does not process payments between a Developer and their Customers and is not a payment processor. Subscription fees for Developer plans on the Platform itself (where applicable) are handled separately and are non-refundable except as required by law or as we may agree in writing. Refunds for a Developer's own products are solely at that Developer's discretion, under their own stated terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Platform to distribute pirated, malicious, or infringing software; attempt to circumvent licence verification, activation limits or account security; scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or block accounts, domains, devices or IP addresses associated with abuse.
9. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Digital Amit Studio. Developers retain all rights to their own products, content and trademarks uploaded to or sold through the Platform.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, in whole or in part, for accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or where required by law. Developers may close their own account at any time by contacting support.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. See our Disclaimer for further detail.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Amit Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of revenue from licence sales made through the Platform.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
