What exactly does a licence key protect?
A licence key ties your product to a paying customer and, optionally, to a specific domain or device. Combined with real-time API verification, it stops your software from being copied and run outside the terms you set — trial length, number of activations, and expiry.
Can I limit how many times a key is activated?
Yes. Every licence plan has an activation limit you control — from a single installation to unlimited seats — and you can view or deactivate individual activations from your dashboard at any time.
What happens if a licence key gets shared or leaked?
You can instantly suspend or revoke the licence, and block the offending domain, device or IP platform-wide from the developer panel — no code changes required on your end.
How do customers get their licence key after buying?
They enter their order reference and checkout email on the customer portal, confirm with a one-time code sent to that email, and their key is revealed. We never email a licence key directly, which keeps it out of inboxes that could be compromised.
Is my data and my customers' data secure?
Passwords and secrets are stored hashed, never in plain text. Customer licence lookups require email verification, and every sensitive action is written to an audit log. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do you support subscription or lifetime licences?
Both, plus time-limited trials. Set the licence type per product — subscription plans can auto-expire, while lifetime plans never do.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
